UAS4STEM Drone Challenge
The UAS4STEM program is an exciting and educational initiative designed to inspire young minds to explore the world of drone engineering and aeronautics. Sponsored by the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA), this program provides students with the opportunity to work together as a team, develop technical skills, and compete in national drone competitions.
The Scio Flyers are committed to fostering a collaborative learning environment where students can thrive and have entered the competition and are actively preparing for the 2025 challenge.
We're currently in the process of assembling our team. The Scio Flyers team will consist of students from various Ann Arbor area schools and grade levels, ranging from middle school to high school. The team will be lead by a dedicated group of mentors and advisors with years of experience in model aviation.
